The World Bank Group (WBG) is a famous union of international organizations that work to help the developing countries. The organization was founded in 1945 and approved its first loan in 1947. This is the largest bank in the world that provide around $61 billion of loans to help other countries. Among the main focuses of the bank there are: the development of health, education, agriculture, environmental protection, rural development, infrastructure development. Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program started more than 25 years ago as a joint project of Japanese Government and the World Bank. The idea of this program is to provide students with the best knowledge and skills. The scholarship includes all the tuition fees, round trips, living expenses, air tickets.
Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program is open for graduates and postgraduates with a high level of knowledge in social and economic development.
