Arsene Wenger has turned down the chance to make a Premier League return to Fulham as they looked to find a successor for Slavisa Jokanovic, the UK Telegraph reports.
Owner, Shahid Khan revealed he had been speaking to candidates in the last week, following their defeat to Liverpool, and Wenger appears to have been approached before the appointment of Claudio Ranieri.
But the Frenchman has long insisted he will not manage another side in England, having spent 22 years as Arsenal boss.
Despite how his tenure at The Emirates ended, many figures in football still hold Wenger in very high regard and Fulham are the latest to show interest.
He has previously been linked with Real Madrid, who appointed Santiago Solari on a permanent basis on Tuesday and Bayern Munich, having seen pressure build on Niko Kovac.Don't forget to drop your comment below↓↓↓
